The AHFE 2010 International Conference will be held at the Intercontinental Miami, Miami, Florida. Special reduced hotel room rates have been established for the conference participants.

Due to high demand, the Intercontinental Miami hotel has made provisions by offering accommodations during the conference and for the extended stay (i.e. after July 21st) at two adjacent hotels, at the same reduced rates, EPIC Hotel - Miami (1.5 blocks away) or Hyatt Regency Miami (2.5 blocks away).

Free transportation provided using the Miami METROMOVER (Metrobus) which adjoins Hyatt Regency and EPIC hotels by tunnel. Accesses entire downtown area including Hyatt Regency and EPIC hotels at Knight Center Metromover Station and stop at station next to the Intercontinental Miami hotel (Bayfront Park Metromover Station).  Also, both hotels are within a short walking distance from the Intercontinental Miami.

If you are unable to make a reservation at the Intercontinental Miami, please check room availability and make a reservation at EPIC Hotel or Hyatt Regency Hotel at the same reduced rates (see links below). If you choose to stay longer (i.e. after July 21), you will also need to make reservations using one of the special hotel website links provided below.
