AHFE 2010 Registration:

All personal and financial information is submitted via a secure PayPal link (SSL). All payments are to be made in US dollars by either Visa or MasterCard. Payments can also be made by official bank checks which are drawn on US banks only.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration is a two-step process. You must make your payment AND complete AHFE 2010 participant information form. Students whom register and pay "Student Rates" must submit an official letter (in English) from their University or School, duly signed and stamped, indicating their current student status. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Administration at: registration@ahfe2010.org. For written cancellations received on or before 14 March, 2010, 90% of all registration costs will be refunded. 50% of the registration cost will be refunded if a written cancellation is received between 15 March - 15 May, 2010. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 15 May, 2010.
